Hello, my name is Coach Baeza. I am currently in my seventh year here at O’Donnell ISD, and I truly enjoy being part of this school community. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many outstanding students and families, and I take great pride in contributing to their growth both academically and athletically.
My wife, Sharon, and I are blessed with twin boys, Martin and Gabriel, who are currently freshmen at Texas Tech University. We are very proud of the hard work and dedication they have shown as they begin this exciting new chapter of their lives.
We also have two daughters. Isabell is a sophomore this year, and Victoria is in eighth grade here in O’Donnell. Our family stays busy with school activities, sports, and spending quality time together. Being both a parent and an educator gives me a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for the important role schools play in shaping young people’s futures.
