Hi, my name is Lisa Alcala, and I’m proudly serving my first year at O'Donnell ISD as a Reading Interventionist. I also have the privilege of serving as the Girls Assistant Basketball Coach. This year marks the beginning of my 10th year in education. 

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University in 2020 and recently completed my master’s degree in special education with an Educational Diagnostician Pathway from Midwestern State University this past May.

I am incredibly happy to be a part of the Eagle family! My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feels encouraged and successful. I’m excited to grow alongside my students and contribute to the continued success of O'Donnell ISD.
