Hello! My name is Debbie Franklin. I was born and raised in Lamesa, Texas. I graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a Bachelor of Education. I am beginning my 21st year at O'Donnell ISD. This is my 16th year to teach Kindergarten...my favorite!

My husband Ben and I have 3 amazing kids. All are graduates of O'Donnell High School. Proud EAGLES!!

We have 3 very special grandchildren. They have our hearts.

Our Mission

The mission of the O'Donnell I.S.D is to provide a well-rounded educational experience that focuses on post secondary success and develops an individual capable of adjusting successfully to life in a changing society. The district is committed to high expectations, pride in the community, a safe and inviting environment, and a creative, enjoyable learning experience for all.
