My name is Caelan Decker, and I am a dedicated secondary science educator and instructional leader with both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University. I currently teach Biology, Chemistry, and Integrated Physics & Chemistry (IPC), where I focus on creating rigorous, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences that help students develop strong scientific understanding and critical thinking skills. I am passionate about student success and emphasize differentiated instruction, data-driven intervention, and hands-on inquiry-based learning in my classroom. Outside of teaching, I love spending time with my wife and two sons and enjoy following my favorite sports teams — the Chicago Bears, the Boston Red Sox, and, of course, the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
